Terms of Service, Warranty and Shipping
Warranty; All items sold as is unless otherwise stated in item description.
All warranty submissions must be approved before any repair will be authorized.
All warranty claims require a Warranty Authorization Number. Request your WAN at warranty@STLpinball.com Customer must contact manufacturer for warranty claims provided with new items (if applicable).
Returns; No returns on pinball machines, arcade games, vending machines, wallboxes or jukeboxes. Other items can be returned but must be returned within 30 days of initial order.
All returns and refunds are subject to 25% re-stocking charge. Defective items will be exchanged outright for the same item of if a replacement is not available a full refund (minus shipping and handling costs) will be forwarded.
Return Authorization Number must accompany all returns. Request your RAN at returns@STLpinball.com Paypal, shipping and handling charges are not refunded.
Shipping; All shipping costs are quoted for lower 48 US States unless otherwise specified. International buyers should contact is available, email for costs.
Handling time for outgoing shipments is 72 hours for small items (under 10lbs) and 5-9 days for large items (for packing, crating or palletizing if needed). Delays from carriers and transport companies may delay your delivery. Tracking numbers are emailed to customers after shipment.
Insurance on valuable items is optional and highly recommended, email for a quote including insurance. Again, purchase and shipping pricing does NOT include insurance.
All damage claims from shipments should be directed to the carrier used.
Delivery prices quoted are for curbside delivery to locations accessed by improved (paved) roads only; extra charges apply for additional delivery options.
